Full payment or a deposit, as specified during booking, is required to secure your reservation. Payments are processed securely through our online platform using accepted methods, such as credit cards or via direct communication with us through I-messages or Instagram. Any remaining balance is due upon delivery or setup of the rental equipment. Late payments may result in cancellation, with the deposit retained as a cancellation fee.
